Can be paired with appetizers such as melon, prosciutto, salade nicoise, and hummus, and main dishes, including crab, eggs, pizza, and shrimp. LaLuca Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Italy with the bold, yet creamy taste of apple, pear and lemon curd. Perfect as an aperitif. Angeline Cabernet Sauvignon from California has rich notes of fresh boysenberry, rich cassis and a touch of light cocoa. Pairs well with flank steak and caramelized onions. Line 39 Pinot Noir from California is well-balanced red wine with flavors of cherry and cranberry, and earthy notes of mushroom and toasty oak. Pairs well with roast turkey, duck, fish, and aged or mild cheeses.
