Robert Mondavi Private Selection Red Blend is a California red Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. It features notes of dark plum, blackberry, and dark chocolate, accented by warm mulling spices of nutmeg and cinnamon, and the flavors of blueberry, milk chocolate, and cherry cola. Pairs perfectly with grilled steak and ribs, wood-fired pizza, beef stew, and loaded chili. Robert Hall Artisan Collection Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles in California has aromas of black currant with hints of cedar and spice and flavors of cocoa and plush ripe fruit. Pair with anything off the BBQ, steaks, braised short ribs, and lamb chops. Julia James Pinot Noir is a rich California red with a bouquet of berry, oak, earth and spice notes, and bold streaks of blueberry, raspberry, mocha and floral flavors, finished with a taste of cherry and fresh licorice. Pairs well with pork, salmon, chicken, and mushroom risotto. Angeline Chardonnay, a lively white wine from California, has fresh notes of apple, pear, and lemon zest, touches of pineapple, and a hint of vanilla. Pairs effortlessly with fresh fish tacos and mango salsa. Bread & Butter Prosecco from Italy has aromas of florals and citrus, with generous notes of apple, pear, and white peach. Goes well with flavorful breads and mild cheeses.
